- Sub sy phly raan par Cut laga lay dono sides par or ran ki haddi toor kar isko fold kar ly ta ke pateely mein aram sy a jay
- Aik paateela mein pani daly is mein 2 dhakan sirka or aik spoon namak add kry or ran ko is mein 1ghnty ke lie bhigo day....
- Ab harri mircho ka paste bana lay
- Ab lehson adrak ke paste mein tamam spices ko mix kar ly lemon juice or harri mircho ka Paste b add kar ly or aik bar grinder mein dal ke mix lay
- Ab ran par is masaly ko achii tarh lagay cutts mein deeply kar ke lagay or hatho sy khoob achi tarh malay sara masala achi trah sy lag jay to ran ko 1ghnty ke lie fridge mein rakh day ab is ko again masala maalay jo pani ye chory gi wo e pani achi trah sy lape kar dy
- Ab is ko 1din ke lie marinate kry 7-8 hours b enough ha but aik din rakhny sy zayada kahsta or maxy ki bany gi
- Ab aik bara pateela ly jis mein raan fit a jay half oil add kry or ran ko is mein rakh dy or flame on kar dy ye apna pani chorna shuru kar day to is mein dahi dal ke 1hour take medium heat par pkay
- Half hour bad side change kar dy dono sides ko achi trah pakay
- Andar take tender ho jay ye chk krny ke lie nok dar knife ly isko gosht mein mary agar easily andar chali jay to it's means ran is ready
- Ab aik coal jala lain or ran ko iski steam day coal ko steel ki piyali mein rakh ke ran pateely maai raakhy or oper sy thora sa oil daly or pateely ko cover krdy
- Ab aik taway par oil grm kry or raan ko is par 3mint dono side sy fry kry
- Gram gram nan or podinay ke raity or ketchup ke saathh mazzayy say khain๐๐
