- For besan batter, take besan flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cooking soda, ajwain. Mix it with water.
- Once the batter ready dip the folded betel leaves with Aloo curry into it. Deep fry in oil and take it into a plate and serve hot.
