  1. Wash & soak dal for 15 minutes. Then transfer it in a pressure cooker. Add 1 glass water, salt and turmeric powder and close the lid and pressure cook till 5 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
  2. Sieve boiled dal and remove excess water. Add chopped coriander leaves, onion, green chilli and grated ginger and mix. Add salt, coriander seeds,powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and asafetida and mix and mash dal thoroughly. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Add wheat flour, salt and mix. Now make a dough by adding water slowly and knead a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes. Now make balls.
  4. Roll the ball. Keep 2 tb spoon stuffing over it and bring the edges to centre and make balls. Roll it again.
  5. Heat a griddle and place the paratha over it and roast on medium flame from both sides. Then apply cooking Oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown. Likewise make all the parathas.
  6. Serve hot butter and masala tea.
