  1. In a pan add oil jeera & sarso after cracked them add chopped onion tomato ginger & green chilli. Roast it for few min & add dry masala.
  2. Mix it well.Off the flame & add grated paneer. All things mix together. Take a piece of kulcha roast it on warm tva.
  3. Take green chutney spread on the kulcha with spoon. Now spread paneer material on it. Another roast kulcha put on it. Press it slightly & keep it aside.
  4. Do ready second piece as the same prosessur. Before serving it again roast it on tva add some oil on both sides.
  5. After baked proper serve it with green chutney or ketchup. Crispy kulcha gave a mouthwatring flavour.
