- 1 tbsp chilli pw (adjust quantity or skip as per your taste)
- Sweet tamerind chutney
- 1/2 cup seedless dates
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/4 cup tamarind
- 4-5 dry red chillies
- 3-4 cups water
- 1/8 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder

- Combine everything really well. Take out the mixture in a plate. Garnish it with grated coconut, nylon sev, chopped coriander leaves, pomogranet seeds, masala sing and chopped onions. I did not have coriendar leaves and pomogranet.
- To Assemble: take a bun, cut it at the middle leaving 1 side uncut. Apply garlic and tamerind chutney. Put stuffing neatly. Put some masala sing and close the bun.
- Prepare all dabeli likewise. Heat some oil in a pan place the dabeli and fry them on low flame all around. You may make them crisp or just lightly heat as per your choice. Sprinkle dry dabeli spice-mix if available (see the recipe in step 10)
- Serve with both chutneys and some masala sing.
