  15. 1 green cardamom
  16. 1 bay leaf

  1. In a kadai add mustard oil, add cumin seeds, 1 clove, 1 green cardamom, 1 bay leaf and roast. Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger paste and add 1 tbsp water
  2. Add the tomato and fry and once oil releases add diced potatoes and green peas. Once the potatoes turn soft add 1 cup water. Add coriander and cumin powder and mix well. Add salt and sugar to taste
  3. Once the gravy is ready add the paneer cubes and just cook for 5 minutes and the Matar paneer is ready.
