- 1teaspoon .urad dal
- 1teaspoon. chana dal
- as required .curry leaves few
- as required .hing few
- 2 .red chilli
- as required coriander leaves few
- as per taste. salt
- as required .cashew nut few
- 41/2glass ..water
Steps to make to make Lunch box
- First take raw rice, and mix two dals, pepper everything take kadai dry roast all the materials..
- You can use any type of rice it is your choice. But take a fresh rice, and dal so that the taste will be very good.

- Keep the materials let you spray in your plate after some time transfer into your grinder mixie let all the materials give suji consistent stage and keep the materials in a plate.
- You can use this as lunch, tiffin morning breakfast your choice because it so easy to prepare and healthy food.
- Then take another mixie mix your coconut, green chilli, ginger, jeers(gota) curry leaves few, coriander leaves everything grind into smooth paste and keep it aside.
- Take a kadai pour some refined oil, coconut oil let them, heat for sometime then pour black rai, urad dal, chana dal, red chilli, curry leaves, hing after some time it reached in to golden brown then pour some water let them boil sometime immediately pour your grated materials like rice, dal atta then add your grated coconut mixture also. After sometime add salt after sometime your paste will Be thickening then put off your gas burner.
- All the materials you have cooked spread your prepared materials, then take your idli vessel pour some water let them boil after some time in your palm apply some oil and spread in your idli vessel plate then immediately take your prepared dough give round shape with your hand applying some drop of oil then arange in your idli plate immediately close the lid of your idli vessel let them steamed your rice balls for 12 to 15 minutes.. Then after some time opened and check your steamed balls ready.
