- In bowl add wheat flour and besan. In mixer jar add salt and carom seeds blend and put in flour. Heat ghee and pour on flour. Knead semi soft dough by adding water gradually.rest for 20 mins.
- Now chop veggies in square shape. Heat deep pan add oil.once hot add cumin and mustard seeds.
- Add potato and turmeric powder.add little water and cook potato fir 5 mins.now add brinjal.mix well
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala,tamarind pulp, Jaggery.add little water.cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Now add salt and roasted peanut powder.cook for more five minutes.
- Now divide dough in small portions. Roll out paratha.heat pan add ghee and roast it well from both the sides.
