  1. 1/2 cup Chopped carrots
  2. 1/2 cup Chopped French beans
  3. 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  4. 1/2 cup Peas
  5. 2 Chopped onions medium
  6. 2 Chopped tomatoes small
  7. 1 tsp Grated ginger
  8. 1 tsp Grated garlic
  9. 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  10. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  11. 1 Cinnamon small piece
  12. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  13. 4-5 Black pepper
  14. 1 Bay leaf
  15. 1 Red chilli dry
  16. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  17. 1 tsp each Cumin and coriander powder
  18. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  19. as per taste Salt
  20. For white gravy paste
  21. 1/2 cup Fresh grated coconut
  22. 1/4 cup Chopped cashews
  23. 1/4 cup Poppy seeds
  24. 1 Cinnamon small piece
  25. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  26. as required Water to blend
  27. as required Chopped coriander leaves to garnish
  28. For Parotta
  29. 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  30. 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  31. as per taste Salt
  32. as required Water to mix dough
  33. 1 tsp Wheat flour for each Parotta
  34. 2 tsp Cooking oil for each Parotta

Steps to make to make Veg Korma and Parotta

  1. First, blend all the ingredients mentioned for white gravy and prepare a smooth and thick paste with sufficient water. Keep ready.
  2. Heat a pan. Add oil
  3. Then add tomatoes and cook till soft. Now add all the vegetables and stir cook for 5 minutes till well coated.
  4. Now add the spice powders and mix well. Add 1 cup hot water and cook covered for 5 to 8 minutes.
  5. Then add the gravy paste, mix well and add 1/2 cup more water. Cook covered till vegetables are done completely. Adjust seasoninns and mix well.
  6. Serve in bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot Parotta along with veg Korma.
  7. For Parotta: Mix all ingredients and bind to a soft dough.
  8. Keep covered for 15 minutes. Then roll out a round disc from a ball sized portion.
  9. Spread 1 tsp oil and on top sprinkle 1 tsp flour. Fold in triangle 📐 shape and roll to a thick paratha in traingle shape.
  10. Roast on hot griddle till cooked on both sides. Add 1 tsp oil from sides, roast for 1 minute and then serve with Korma. Make all prottas in similar way. Pack in lunchbox (curry in airtight box and Parotta in foil wrap)Enjoy your lunchbox!
