  1. Chopped onion and fry brown in oil. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes 🍅 and yogurt and mix well. Make a paste of it and keep aside.
  3. Take oil in a pot and fry chicken in it until colour changes. Sprinkle black pepper powder on chicken and fry more.
  4. Add onion 🧅 & tomatoes paste in chicken. Add salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala, haldi and cook till chicken is tendered and oil comes out.
  5. Wash cauliflower.
  6. Blanch whole cauliflower in boiling water for 2 minutes and discard water.
  7. Pat dry cauliflower and now roast cauliflower by putting it directly on stove.
  8. Let it gets good marks on cauliflower and let it cool down then kaddu kash cauliflower.
  9. Mix cauliflower with chicken masala and add chopped green chilli.
  10. Keep on Dum for 10 minutes on low flame.
  11. Sprinkle thin ginger slices and fresh coriander. Serve with chapattis.
