  2. Roasted Masala
  3. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp whole coriander seeds
  5. 9-10 whole red chillies

  8. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  9. 1 tbsp Ginger paste

  1. Clean and wash the chicken
  2. Dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds,red chilli button. Blend in blender.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds (kasuri methi) and mix well.
  4. Take a bowl add ginger paste, green chilli paste and garlic paste and mix well.
  5. Take a karahi add oil, chicken pieces and fry till light golden brown colour then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and stir fry.
  6. Add shangrila worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, cover and leave on slow flame for 15 minutes until the tomatoes and chicken is tender. Remove the tomato skin.
  7. When chicken and tomatoes are tender,raise the flame, cook and stir until oil separates.
  8. Add prepared masala, salt and mix well.
  9. Bhonify the chicken.
  10. Place hot charcoal piece in a foil and place on top of the chicken drop. Add some oil on it and cover and leave to absorb charcoal smoke. Wait till smoke subsidies.
  11. When done, remove charcoal piece. Sprinkle rest of the masala,add green chillies, green coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan,raita.
