- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice

- 2 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp meat tenderiser
- 3 tbsp Bihari Masala (Homemade)

- Dar chini (cinnamon)

- First dry roast bihari Masala ingredients on low flame and grind it. You can make in bulk and keep in air tight jar.
- Wash beef 🥩 boti and drain water. Marinate it with Bihari boti masala, meat tenderiser, salt, yogurt. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Take oil in a wok and add chopped onion 🧅 Make it brown. Add green chilli chopped, zeera, ginger and garlic.
- Add beef boti in onion masala. Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 - 20 minutes. Add tomato purée and cook on medium high flame unti it completely tender and oil separates.
- Sprinkle lemon 🍋 juice,ginger slices and serve with Naan.
