  1. Take dry Urad flour which is available in the market Or you can grind the Urad dal in the grinder 500gm
  2. Now take a pan add Mix Flour, Milk and you just roughly mix up the flour
  3. Next turn on the flame at medium heat and now add ghee in the mixture and keep them stirring continuously
  4. It takes time to roast the Urad flour...
  5. Side by you take the sugar and add little amount of water to the sugar dips properly, boil the syrup and then make the syrup of 1. 5 string... This means string should not leave your finger do check them properly. Chop the nuts and keep them ready.
  6. Again comr to Urad mixture, roast them till it changes the colour to golden brown
  7. Now at this stage you will add the sugar syrup to the Urad batter mix them well and you observe the ghee separate from the Urad Pakk.
  8. This is the correct sign and now add the chopped nuts and grease the plate with ghee pour the batter in the wide plate or vessel and let them cool down completely and later cut them in Square or diamond shape Or you can make Mountain shapes when they are bit hot.
  9. This dessert is consumed especially in winters do enjoy them with your lovely family
