- 1/2 kg bottle gourd
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- As Per Taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
Steps to make to make Lauki ki sabzi
- Peel wash & cut lauki into small pieces. In a cooker add ghee roast jeera. Add dry spices & puree.
- When masala is cooked properly, add lauki pieces to it. Mix it properly in masala. Add some drops of water & cover with a lid.
- After 3 or 4 whistles off the flame. Check whether it is properly cooked or not. Now add Kasuri methi to it.
- Ready for lunch, serve it with roti or khichdi.
