- 1 boiled grated potato
- 3/4 cup curd
- For tempring :-
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Oil/ butter/ ghee
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- as per required Green coriander leaves few
- as per taste Salt
Instructions to make to make #puffed rice appe
- Take mixy jar add curd water roughly chopped potato gram flour salt pepper green chilli and grind it
- Take a bowl add puffed rice add grinded things in it add all veggies chopped sesame peanuts coarsely grind.
- Now add ginger garlic and mix well add 1/4 cup semolina in it and cover it for 10 minutes
- Now make potato chutney grate boiled potato and mix in beaten curd.
- Now tempering it heat oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds after crackling add green chilli curry leaves and off the flame add red chilli powder and pour on potato chutney add saltnd coriander leaves.
- After 10 minutes grease the aape mould heat it and pour one serving spoon on each cavity and sprinkle little oil on it.and cover it
- After dries from top flip each appe and roast golden from other sides and serve hot with poyato chutney.
- From the same batter you can make appam or uttapam. Heat tawa and pour one ladle and cover it.
- When dries the batter from top sprinkle some oil and flip the side and roast golden serve hot both aape and uttapam with potato chutney and enjoy the both dishes.
