  11. 1tbsp. Cashewnuts powder
  12. 1/2Cup. Gond
  13. 1.5Cup. . Jeggary
  14. 250 Gms Deshi Ghee (pure)
  15. 1/2 tsp. Cardamom Powder
  16. 1/2 Almond Pista Rose petals for Garnishing

Instructions to make to make Adadiya Pak

  1. Mix All 3Dals. And grind in grinder mixer. Heat Ghee and saute gond. Take out in a plate and crush in a palm.
  2. Now in a same pan saute flour mixer and water chest nuts flour on slow mid. Flame. Approx. 30min. Stir cont. And get nice golden colour. Or till feel fluffy and light. And release fregrance. Now roast all nuts powder.
  3. Now add Dry ginger powder ganthoda powder and crumbled gond. Stir cont. Turn off flame. For 5-10min.
  4. Meanwhile heat 1tbsp. Ghee in another pan and saute jeggary.till it melt and change colour. And add in a flour mixture. Turn on flame. And stir cont. till mixture merged.Approx. 3-5min. Lastly add cardamom powder. Mix properly.
  5. Grease ghee in a tray. Transfer mixture and spread evenly. Let it cool for 2hrs. Cut into pieces.
  6. Garnish with rose petals, chopped almond and pistachio. Healthy Tasty Adadiya Pak is ready to serve.
