- 2 cups Wheat Flour or Sharbati Gehun Aata
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ghee
- as needed Water
- as needed Extra Ghee

- Knead a smooth and a soft dough for the Parathas using water as required. Cover and keep aside for a few minutes.
