  8. 1 teaspoon Split mustard seeds or rai na kuria
  9. 1/2 teaspoon each of clove and dal chini powder
  10. As taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Stuffed Gunda/Lasode Achaar

  1. Boil 250 GM's of Gunda/Lasode (take big size one so you can put it more stuffing)
  2. Drain the water and cool it down completely
  3. In a pan dry roast 3 tablespoon of besan flour for few mins. Put it in a plate and let it cool down
  4. In a pan heat 1/2 cup of oil add mustard seeds, hing and close the gas
  5. Add roasted besan, 3 tablespoon of dhania jeera powder, few whole dhania seeds and methi seeds, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon each of clove and dal chini powder, salt to taste, mix all well
  6. Saute this mixture on a low flame only for few mins.... please keep mixing it should not get burn. It will leave its flavour so its ready
  7. Close the gas and cool down the mixture
  8. Now remove the seeds of gunda and stuff each gunda, put in glass container and if mixture is remaining put is on top and enjoy the achaari Gunda next day. If you want to store it for a week please add some extra oil in the achaar bharini or consume it in 3 days or so.
