  2. 1 whole garlic
  3. 4-5 green chillies
  4. 1 Handful coriander leaves with its tender stems
  5. 1/2 tsp black salt
  6. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  7. 2 tsp sugar
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Mortar and pestle for pounding

  1. Keep a wire mesh on the gas burner. Place whole raw mangoes, garlic and green chillies. Roast them on medium flame by turning frequently. Remove and let them cool.

  5. Smoky flavoured raw mango chutney is ready. Can be refrigerated in a glass jar and consume upto a week or more.
