- Add mustard oil and fry bori, potol and pepe with salt and turmeric and keep aside
- To same oil add shah jeera and then the roasted dal powder and fry till brown
- Then add the fried bori and veggies and mix very well. Adjust salt and sugar to taste.
- Add a cup of water, posto Bata and cook till the vegetables become soft. Keep stirring so that the dal doesn’t stick at the bottom of pan
- Once the vegetable gets cooked add the milk, ghee and simmer. Add the slit green chillies
- Add garam masala powder and enjoy with rice.
