  5. 1 cup sugar,
  6. 6 tbsp ghee
  7. 1 pinch each ,green and orange food colour
  8. 1+1/2 cup water,
  9. 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder
  10. as required finely chopped dry fruit

Steps to make to make Oats halwa

  1. Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and stir finely chopped dryfruits. Keep aside. Now roast oats powder in pan in slow flame so that it doesn't changes its colour. Now pour 2 tbsp ghee,mix and pour water to it,and also add sugar and roasted dryfruits. Mix it quickly.
  2. Now make three parts of it. In one mix ALmond powder. In another mixture mix pista powder. In 3rd part mix saffron.
  3. Now cook in pan each of the mixture for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tsp ghee in each mixture. Now add green colour in pista mixture and orange in saffron. Now make the shape and place it as I hv shown. Really it tasted so yummy and was loved by everyone. # happy tricolour cooking
