- Take a bowl add,semolina and 2 spoon oil for moyan.
- Mix well and make a tight dough like puri...keep it seperately for 15-20 min
- In a pan add Mawa and roast till it becomes golden brown then add fresh grated coconut,cardamom powder,dry fruit and switch off the flame.. Mix nicely...now stuffing is ready
- With the help of small dough will make a puri and in gunjia mould keep puri and fill stuffing....close that mould
- On medium flame fry it nicely and we can keep these gunjia 10-15 days
- Gujia is ready for frying
- Gunjia is ready for serving
