  1. Makki roti Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough. Make two balls. Roll the balls with belan by sprinkling atta over it and make thin roti. Roast both sides of the makki roti on a tawa in medium flame and then over the flame till golden brown. Remove it from the fire. Apply ghee on the top of each roti. It is ready to serve.
  2. Bajra roti Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough. Rest of the procedure is same as makki roti.
  3. Rice roti In a nonstick pan, add oil and heat it. Add chopped chilis and onion and fry till golden brown. Add water to boil. Add salt and rice flour gradually with constant stirring so that no lump can form. As soon the water evaporates, switch off the burner and let it cool down. Knead the dough to make it smooth. Make 4 balls from the dough. Prepare roti using belan and roast it on nonstick tawa using oil.
  4. All the three different rotis are placed on a plate and decorated with beet slices.
