In a same pan add oil add mustard seed when sputter add hing and add remaining tindli and roast it on a slow flame till they are cooked.
- When it is cooked add haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder and mix it properly and add salt as per taste and mix it well. Cook till they are soft.
- Arrange in the plate first red colour tindli and in middle potatoes and last green colour tindli,like tricolour. Enjoy these sabji with fulka roti.
