- 1 Tej Patta
- 1 Tea Spoon Jeera
- 2 Dried Red Chillies
- Spices
- 1 Tea Spoon Salt
- 1 Tea Spoon Laal Mirch Powder
- 1 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder
- 3 Tea Spoon Dhaniya Powder
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
- 1 Tea Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi
Instructions to make to make Paneer Do Pyaza
- Chop Paneer in medium-small size cubes & keep it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take a bowl, add chopped paneer cubes in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder & 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly & gently.

- Now let the marinated paneer rest for 5-10 minutes.
- After 5-10 minutes, take a pan, add 3 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

- When ghee gets heated up, add marinated paneer cubes in it & roast them on all sides till they turn golden brown in colour.
- After 3-4 minutes, when they turn golden brown in colour, turn off the flame & take them out in a bowl.
- Chop 5 Onions, Ginger & Green Chillies very finely.

- Chop another onion in bulbs.
- Blend Tomatoes finely into puree in a mixer grinder.
- Blend Kaju pieces finely into paste in a mixer grinder.

- Now take a katori, add 1/2 Cup Dahi in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder & 3 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder in it & mix them properly.

- Now again take a pan, add 1 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas on medium flame.
- When ghee gets heated up, add chopped onion bulbs in it & cook them till they turn translucent/ soft.
- After 2-3 minutes, when they turn translucent/ soft, turn off the flame & take them out in a plate.
- Now take a kadhai, add 3 Table Spoon Desi Ghee + Desi Ghee in which paneer cubes were roasted in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

- When Ghee gets heated up, add all Khade Masale & 2 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

- When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions, ginger & green chillies in it & cook them till they turn golden brown in colour.
- After 5-6 minutes, when they turn golden brown in colour, add finely blended kaju paste with spices mixed dahi in it & mix them properly.

- Now cook them for 5-6 minutes, till dahi starts releasing its oil.
- After 5-6 minutes, add finely blended tomato puree in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.
- After 7-8 minutes, when oil is completely released, add 1 Small Cube Butter, 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi, 1 Table Spoon Fresh Cream or Malai & Cooked onion bulbs in it & mix them properly.

- Now add roasted paneer cubes in it with 1-2 Cups Water & mix them properly.
- Cook them for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
- Your Paneer Do Pyaza is ready to e served.
