- 1/2 tsp ,haldi
- Masala to be repared
- 1 inch Ginger,
- 8 garlic cloves,
- 4 green chilli crushed and 4 slit
- 1 Onion thin sliced big,
- 2 tomato (small),
- 1 tsp Crushed or powdered kasoori methi
- 1 TSP Ketchup to adjust excess sour taste,
- 1 tsp sabut jeera
- 3 Crushed laung
- 3, ,elaichi pepper roasted and crushed
- Chaunk
- 2 TSP, Ghee
- 2 Sukhi mirch ,
- 2 pinch, hing
- 1 /2 TSP Kashmiri chilli,
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions to make to make Dry Gobhi
- Heat a pan add oil 2 tbsp,add gobhi roast it on high heat allow it be brown and moisture free
- Add jeera, slices of onion,once golden brown add crushed ginger garlic,chilli leaving slitted ones...
- Cook till oil oozes out add gobhi,do med-high heat alternative cooking,so that you get gobhi not mushy,yet masala is cooked Add ketchup to adjust tomato taste,add powdered kasoori methi and khada masala powder, Then add chaunk Add Coriander leaves
- SERVE WITH POORI....and butter Paratha... Happy cooking...
